Serving at ECC

So you’re ready to jump in and get involved at ECC. This is awesome!

There are so many different ways you can get involved. We believe God has created you with unique skills, gifts, and passions and want to find the best fit for you. So whether you want to help with the kids, work in the Student Ministry, join the worship band or tech team, greet people on Sunday mornings, or get involved in some other way, you can fill out the form at the bottom of the page and a ministry leader will follow-up with you as soon as possible.

  • Adult Ministries

Adult Ministries are your key to developing healthy relationships with those who share your interests or people who are dealing with similar life issues. Our Adult Ministries  include Men's Ministry, Women's Ministry and Small Groups. They are an opportunity to reach out to others, while growing in your walk with God. We need people to lead these groups as well as volunteers to host and help  within the groups.

  • Campus Support Team

The campus support team will be a wonderful opportunity for volunteers to get involved during the weekdays with helping to beautify and maintain our facilities. There are many duties to be performed including, cleaning, dusting, pressure washing, trash pick up and many more. Opportunities exist both inside and outside of the buildings. All necessary supplies will be provided and the schedule is somewhat flexible.

  • Care Team

The heart of the church wouldn't be complete without the volunteers of the Care Ministry. This team is responsible for activities like the Food Pantry, hospital visitations, and Cookie Ministry for first time visitors. This team is also responsible for assisting families who are dealing with the loss of a loved one, special events and the Prayer Ministry. Each area of this ministry is consistently in search of compassionate people who are willing to lend a hand to a community regularly in need. With such a wide range of needs, volunteers are needed throughout the week.

  • ECC Kids Ministry Team

We're always striving to create a unique worship experience that children love while providing a distraction free environment in the main sanctuary for the adults. This isn't possible without the host of volunteers that make it happen. We are always in need of people to help teach and care for our little ones.. Volunteering needs aren't just limited to the weekends. Mid-week volunteers can also assist with the sorting of curriculum and preparing craft supplies for the weekend.  As with all ministries involving children, background checks, interviews, and other screening processes are mandatory.

  • Guest Services

First impressions are everything, and that's why we were always looking for the best of the best when it comes to building our guest services team. We believe that our experience starts before people enter the building. Our Guest Services Team, which includes greeters, hospitality, and response teams are full of friendly faces and individuals who are eager to help make sure your experience is great!

  • Office Volunteer Team

A lot goes into ensuring that a church runs smoothly on a weekly basis. A considerable amount happens behind the scenes. We're always in search of individuals willing to lend a helping hand with simple activities like answering phones, data entry, facility maintenance (paint touchups, etc.), and other miscellaneous office tasks. If you have a flexible schedule during the week, we'd love your assistance in these areas.

  • Production/Tech Team

The Production teams play a vital role in the engagement, storytelling ability, and reach of the ECC ministry as a whole. We are always looking for creative, detailed, and committed volunteers willing to assist with our worship center experience and our live-stream ministry.

  • Security/Safety Team

The ECC Security/Safety Team is a group of individuals volunteering with the purpose of keeping our facility safe. On this team, an individual will help out security by watching a room for situations and possible threats during the time people are on campus and also people who would be ready to respond in the event of a medical emergency. Volunteers are unarmed individuals who watch during the service for things that may look out of place or unusual. Most volunteers on the team are individuals who have served or are currently serving in our military or local police departments. They may also be individuals with a keen instinct and a background in security or in the medical field.

  • Social Media Team

The ministry of ECC extends into the  surrounding communities and to our Online Family who watch every week from their northern homes.  We work to make every viewer feel a part of our Online Family. This is done by members of our Online Community serving virtually by being online hosts, answering general questions, and making everyone feel welcome and loved.

  • Student Ministry Team

We're determined to provide a safe Christian environment for all students, no matter their stage of life. Student Ministries are comprised of middle school, high school, and college students. Each of our student ministries has a need for bible study teachers, small group leaders, production teams, invitation teams, and more.  As with all ministries involving children, background checks, interviews, and other screening processes are mandatory.

  • Worship Team

ECC Worship Team is composed of volunteers passionately using their talents to lead our church in worship each weekend and special events! If you call ECC Church home and the Lord has gifted you with the talents as a percussionist, guitarist, keyboardist, pianist, vocalist, or another instrument, we would love for you to try out for our team.
