CHANGED LIVES CHANGING LIVES BY INTENTIONALLY REACHING OUTSIDE OUR WALLS...

...to grab people for Jesus by loving them in remarkable ways. We do this by following Jesus’ last statement to his followers before he left them:

"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Acts 1:8

This is exactly what we are striving to do and it starts in your back yard. We are not only actively involved in supporting several local ministries but we go out into our community regularly to show the people in our community that we love them with no strings attached.

Of course it doesn’t stop in our back yard. We also partner with missionaries across the globe. Relief efforts may only provide temporary aid, but God’s Word has the power to bring eternal life change in addition to a fulfilling life on earth.

ECC Food pantry

The ECC Church Food Pantry is a source to help meet the needs of those with food insecurity or who just find themselves in a place of need or crisis. We are a drive-up pantry that serves the residents of Englewood and surrounding communities.

We want to be support individuals and families in the storms of life and most importantly offer the HOPE of the one who changes lives and hearts. His name is JESUS.

Our Food Pantry serves the local community on the 3rd Saturday of each month. We also work with other local organizations on food drives in the greater Charlotte County area to serve the nutritional needs of our neighbors. We welcome volunteers and donations to help the community.

kids needs of greater englewood

Kids’ Needs Greater Englewood, FL, Inc., is a  non-profit 501(3)(c) organization, run solely by volunteers.  We collect donations from Englewood, Port Charlotte, Rotonda, Boca Grande, and Placida and distribute them to local families in need. Our hope is that through this kindness of neighbors helping neighbors, we can encourage kids to stay in school and out of harm’s way.

Donated items include school-approved clothing, school supplies, personal hygiene items, socks, underwear and shoes. We gratefully accept monetary donations which we use to restock our inventory throughout the school year, provide holiday assistance and help fund school-based and community youth programs in our area.
